What is this site for?

Ray Shaw is an IT Journalist based in Queensland, Australia. He started this site in 1998 as support for a weekly consumer based IT radio show on ABC local radio. Today it is a repository of thousands of articles about consumer and small to medium business computing. It mainly deals with the Windows environment.

This site replaces the former SQL based site that has been down for a year or more due to consistent hack attacks. All information from the old site should be available using the search facility. Articles from October 2009 will be part of the menu system.
